ABOUT OUR FACILITY
Based outside of Ottawa, our 14,000 sq.ft. facility hosts office and shop spaces. With our ever-expanding arsenal of machines and tools, specializing in metal fabrication, we have the capabilities to handle your project.
WELDING
MIG (GMAW), ARC (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), flux-core (FCAW), and stud welding. CWB (47.1, 47.2) and AWS certified. Aluminum, Steel, and Stainless Steel capabilities.
CAD MODELING
Expertise in Solidworks CAD modeling and drawings, with additonal experience using CREO, AutoCAD, Draftsight, and more.
MACHINING
CNC vertical machine center, lathe, mill, drill press.
INSTRUMENTATION
Data collection and analysis, including load cells, encoders, thermocouples, and more. Data acquisition with National Instruments hardware and software.
LIFTING
Indoor and outdoor forklifts, zoom boom, vehicle-mounted boom lift, hoists, and more with licensed operators at our facility.
CNC PLASMA CUTTING
Machinist operated CNC plasma cutting table.
SHEET METAL
Hydraulic brake press, hydraulic shear, sheet roller
SURFACE FINISHING
Abrasive metal surface finishing, including Timesaver, stroke sanding, drum sanding, and experts in hand finishing techniques. Surfox weld cleaning and stainless steel etching.
SURFACE COATINGS
Fully equipped paint booth with air and airless spray. We work closely with our partners to also offer galvanizing, zinc plating, anodizing, and powdercoat finishes.
